Alexander Technique Workshops
Cinda enjoys teaching Alexander Technique introductory workshops or workshops with a specific focus. These workshops are for small groups interested in exploring Alexander Technique and discovering how Alexander Technique may benefit your life, occupation, or avocation. Alexander Technique Group Classes
Group classes meet once a week for five to six-weeks, meeting for two hours. Participants explore basic principles of the Technique through fun-filled group activities, in addition to individual “hands-on” work.
